when I try to run "ceph device check-health" i get following error:
Error EIO: Module 'devicehealth' has experienced an error and cannot handle commands: Failed to import _strptime because the import lockis held by another thread.

I also saw this on a 14.2.3 cluster today but with the dashboard module

already rotated out :(
probably happened a few days ago, happened on a rarely used dev setup

the active mgr is still on 14.2.2, it's only partially upgraded to 14.2.3
