Description

Now that https://github.com/ceph/ceph-iscsi/pull/63 was merged, we can now rely on the new `portal_ip_addresses` field to generate the list of portals, instead of inferring from the intersection between the target `ip_list` and the gateway ip addresses ( https://github.com/ceph/ceph/blob/master/src/pybind/mgr/dashboard/controllers/iscsi.py#L574 ).
