i run rbd on ceph cluster

when i delete snapshot of volume, it has log

I don't create .rgw.root and default.rgw.meta pool and not create new radosgw.

why my cluster auto create rgw pool ? How i can prevent this issue.

Please reference the following [1] when creating your CephX user caps. Specifically, your user is required to have read permission on every pool for at least the "rbd_children" object.
