Description

With the STRIPINGV2 feature bit, format 2 striping has the same parameters as cephfs striping. Re-work the rbd object request creation code to use common functions to map logical offsets in a file or block device to object names. See src/osdc/Striper.cc in ceph.git for the userspace equivalent.
