Description

How to reproduce:

1) Create the following pool: `ceph osd pool create my/pool 8`

2) Navigate to the Pools page, select pool `my/pool` and click `Edit`

Additionally, we should now allow the user to create/edit a pool with a slash in the name if this pool has the "rbd" application.
