upgrade/luminous-x - add "require-osd-release nautilus" and clean up

Description
All we need to add:
- exec:
osd.0:
- ceph osd require-osd-release nautilus
- ceph osd set-require-min-compat-client nautilus
to luminous-x-singleton/1-install/luminous.yaml
??
I also don not like much having upgrades in two pлaces, any chance we think syblink full dir will work ?

looks like both luminous-x and mimic-x need to be updated. in each of {parallel, stress-split*}, we need a symlink to .qa/releases/nautilus.yaml, and it should be ordered after the final upgrade and before the final workload. it looksl ike for mimic that is a symlink called 4-nautilus.yaml, and for luminous we need to rename 4-final-workload to 5-final-workload and then add the same 4-nautilus.yaml symlink.
