reported on IRC, should be easy to reproduce.

we may want to change the default to 2 in order to avoid hiding these bugs.

didn't reproduce with simple test, trying something more complicated. (roles/8882.yaml + osd disk threads : 10, tested alongside new snap link scrubbing). osd_recovery_threads might be the actual problem, retrying test with that as well.
