Description

Right now we have a map discontinuity test that puts an OSD down and out before reviving it. But it doesn't check for how many OSDs need to remain up for the cluster to continue working at all, so https://github.com/ceph/ceph/pull/17526 sets things to only trigger that test when enough OSDs are up/in.

The test makes an attempt to handle this by referencing the "minin" value, but it should instead check the min_size parameters on the cluster's pools. I have an attempt to do that from working on the EC min_size recovery test code, but it isn't working yet...
