Description

When just creating a new OSD which has never been attached to the CRUSH map, some information cannot be retrieved and the backend returns an internal server error which is shown in the frontend.

Steps to reproduce:

  1. Create OSD by issuing `ceph osd create`
  2. In Ceph Dashboard go to the OSD page and click on the newly created OSD
