Description
If multiple snapshot create requests are replayed by the OSD in quick succession, it's possible that several snapshot create state machines can get kicked off. If one of them completes and results in a snapshot removal, then the snapshot removal could race with the still in-flight creates (resulting in the snapshot being re-created after being removed).
