Description

See https://copr-be.cloud.fedoraproject.org/results/badone/ceph-weeklies/fedora-27-x86_64/00795508-ceph/root.log.gz

https://github.com/ceph/ceph/pull/23656 seems to have changed the package name, formerly "Cython", to "Cython3" but there is no "Cython3" package ("Cython" itself is an alias for "python2-Cython").
