Description

rbd import from stdin was broken at some point in the past, not clear when.
We should probably have a test for this.]

Fixing will involve 1) avoiding the stat, and 2) avoiding the fiemap compression
algorithm; probably just making a separate clause/loop for stdin makes sense.
