Description

We're building the debs without Contents-<arch>.gz; this breaks at least
apt-file (which caches package contents for inspection and searching); not sure
what else might depend on the contents manifest.

We should probably complete the .debs a little more.

Now building with Contents files for tagged releases. Still need to fix for gitbuilders.
