Description

Sphinx supports it. Current output seems to only include the top-level file and indexes, skipping most of the content.

To see where we are:

1. run ./admin/build-doc
2. run cd build-doc && install -d output/epub && PYTHONPATH=$PWD/../src/pybind ./virtualenv/bin/sphinx-build -a -b epub -d doctrees ../doc output/epub
3. browse output/epub/Ceph.epub

Current known blockers:
