Description

There is a problem with multiple devices when trying to create a snapshot. Qemu tries to reuse the same snapshot id we provide it from the first device, for the second device. We don't allow that.
The simplest fix would be to encode the snapshot id inside the snapshot name string.

At this point we'll be using the snapshot name as the unique snapshot id. Should be fixed with commit:a56b7fd513f6e88592eb9c74ce1a825700e90611. Not closing bug yet, as still waiting for verification of the commit.
