Ceph

(1) testing on anything other than Precise means we need the ability to re-image test machines or to run teuthology on selected VM images (which can be chosen and reverted at will).
(2) we need to create teuthology tasks to install from packages (deb on ubuntu, rpm on CentOS), perhaps using chef to hide the differences.
(3) we need to fix all of teuthology to no longer know about a sub-directory in which our software was installed and work on systems that have been standardly installed.
(4) we need all of our nightlies to run in this way.
(5) we need to create nightlies to run all the standard stuff on CentOS (with an upgraded kernel).
