Quoting Sage:

For future reference, you can get a dump of all these values with

ceph-osd -i 123 --show-config

That option is understood by all commands/daemons and will dump teh config
and exit. You can control whose config it shows with -i num or -n
type.num. So

ceph -n osd.123 --show-config

is equivalent to the ceph-osd one above.
