Description
This should have similar semantics to the qemu task that runs qemu directly, but configure and run the vm via libvirt instead. This is required to automate testing of libvirt.

@Nathan: it would be a nice-to-have to round-out testing w/ well known librbd integration points. Plus, we have a long outstanding task to test live migrations -- which would be easier to accomplish w/ a libvirt-based test.
