Description

At least try to use fiemap where applicable for sparse files.

Added new osd ops: mapext, sparse-read. Implemented rbd import, export, copy using fiemap. Latest commit in the series, af96ba53fac358c88afdee1b50fb3cbb897f440b.

Merged by 58394828a01950d7b26430d61d32df91df5a5fb1, bringing it in line with the objecter changes over the last few months.

Cleaned up some stuff too: the header is included (in case the system doesn't have it), and filestore autodetects whether the ioctl works.
