Improve the login screen as follows:
- The login page should provide product release/version information, optionally links to other information (e.g. Help, Terms of use, Privacy Policy...)
- It should provide an easy way to switch languages from the login
- It should provide a way to restore a forgotten password
- Text, color and styling should match the rest of the Ceph Mgr dashboard

I'm closing this issue in favor of the related issues that track the actionable items from this issue (with the exception of displaying the version information on the login screen, which would pose a security risk anyway)
