The commands to upgrade snaprealm format in release note are
ceph daemon <mds of rank 0> scrub_path /
ceph daemon <mds of rank 0> scrub_path '~mdsdir'
the correct ones should be
ceph daemon <mds of rank 0> scrub_path / force recursive repair
ceph daemon <mds of rank 0> scrub_path '~mdsdir' force recursive repair
