Description of problem:

[RFE] Ceph Manager Plugin for RGW reporting

If RGW daemon goes down Ceph Manager should send an alert like for example out of 4 RGW instances 2 are down something like that ...

-1 for adding another monitoring plugin that duplicates things already possible with prometheus etc.
