Description

Add the tools omap_create and omap_delete to stress the RADOS object map directly.

I had a discussion with Douglas and in the current implementation, we can enhance following points:

1. Adding --help option
2. Taking pool name as an option
3. Adding README details in --help command
4. For now, we need to use the ctrl+c to close the omap_create tool to close the tool we can have so maybe more options for runtime or number of omap keys.
