Description

Hi,

one host went into heavy swapping, all the OSDs were stopped and restarted. Out of 28 OSDs, 4 cannot be started and crash at the startup. Part of log attached.

Please check your kernel log for disk errors.. it looks like we're getting EIO back on a read?
