Description

This information is needed by anyone who has a TSDB/dashboard that wants to correlate their NIC statistics with the use of those NICs by Ceph.

Specifically, I want this information available in mgr so that I can make the prometheus module spit out metrics that associate OSD ID with the interfaces it uses.
