i test the swap-bucket function,and have some advice

when use swap-bucket the dst bucket will in the old crush tree ,and it with it origin crush weight and osd weight

if i have change some crushweight and osd weight in the old crushtree host's osd, the new replace host will not have the old crush weight,so it may affect the other bucket'pg,and some pg will move,
if the crush weight and osd weight hold ,it may only mv the old bucket's pg to the new host

it may like:

ceph osd crush swap-bucket lab8106 lab8107 2 4
will keep the crush weight osd.2(lab8106) to osd.4(lab8107)

like the ceph osd pg-upmap-items 7.b 1 3 mean 1 to 3
