Description

The original "am I running from a source tree, so override LD_LIBRARY_PATH and PYTHONPATH" code used the base path of the ceph CLI to infer this; that means you can run it from outside the tree (using some other path than '.') and it works fine.

Recent changes have removed that capability, but it's still useful and easy.
