Individual RGW Daemon ceph.conf configuration example should be [client.rgw.name] not [client.radosgw.name]

When describing per-instance RGW options the following example is given:

[client.radosgw.instance-name]
  1. settings affect client.radosgw.instance-name only.

The above is not being obeyed however in my testing (10.2.7) [client.rgw.instance-name] is being obeyed.

[root@nese01 ceph]# ceph --admin-daemon ceph-client.rgw.nese01.asok config show | grep -i \"name\"

This bug has been judged too old to fix. This is because either it is either 1) raised against a version of Ceph prior to Luminous, or 2) just really old, and untouched for so long that it is unlikely nowadays to represent a live documentation concern.
