Description

An entire rados suite was scheduled yesterday which scheduled a 42000+ job run.

Possible suggested solutions:
  1. Setting a hard cap in teuthology-suite on number of jobs scheduled per run
  2. Throwing a warning and require user input before proceeding if more than X jobs scheduled?
  3. Clarify/update Teuthology documentation for newbies

Clarify/update Teuthology documentation for newbies

We do have this [1] but it doesn't mention that not specifying --subset with --suite rados will cause 42000+ jobs to get scheduled :-/
