Description

https://github.com/ceph/teuthology/pull/1059 adds a check to make sure the osds are still running inside teuthology.misc.wait_until_osds_up(). As a followon, now that this has been shown to work:

1) this same sort of check would be valuable for checking in wait_until_healthy()
2) it's probably also valuable for checking other daemon types in all such wait loops
