Description

It always fails with message like:

2017-02-20 15:57:00.220209 7f54281d3240 -1 open: failed to lock pidfile /var/log/ceph/ceph-client.10047.pid because another process locked it.
ceph-fuse[10047]: (33) Numerical argument out of domain
