Description

When Zapping a disk and re-creating a OSD on the same disk again the chance is there that the partition table will be identical to the one before.

If so the journal might contain 'old' data from the previous OSD which refuses the OSD to start afterwards.

ceph-disk should write 10M to all partitions on the disk prior to zapping the partitions should fix this
