Description
ceph swift cannot disable object versioning through remove its X-Versions-Location metadata header by sending an empty key value which could be found at No.8 in http://docs.openstack.org/user-guide/cli-swift-set-object-versions.html

Changing the subject field as it might be misleading and suggest we don't support disabling Swift's object versioning at all. However, this isn't the case as we did support X-Remove-Versions-Location from the beginning (see PR 9188).
