Description

log request start and transition through high-level stages (start, authenticate, read, write, etc.)

probably just dout(3) or some highish log level, with some easy to parse prefix. someday these'll convert to a structured log entry.

Done, merged at commit:f1f75dd4768e017c61088b44e7457bf96916d1a9. Log level 2 now dumps a plain request state with timestamp.
