Description

The leader should map each image via the distribution policy to an up remote instance. For each remote instance, the leader should instantiate a proxied InstanceReplayer and invoke the appropriate acquire / release methods on the proxied remote when the mapping state changed (i.e. release image X from instance Y and once acked, attach image Y to instance Z).
