Description

On initialization of the pool Replayer, initialize a new InstanceWatcher that adds a record to "rbd_mirror_instances" with a mapping from client (global) id to 'up' state, creates the object "rbd_mirror_instance.<client instance id>" and watches it. This class will permit peer-to-peer messages between the leader and specific follower daemon instances.
