Description

There are 30 tests in "test_s3" that use requests.post. All 30 of these fail, because they try to negotiate a very old version of ssl, fail, and the server then closes the connection while the client tries to negotiate a better version of ssl.

This happens with "master", and it also happens with "wip-jewel-rgw-openssl" (which should shortly be part of jewel).
