closedcivetweb documentation setup missing

hello all,
i had a working setup of ceph on ubuntu 16.04 on 05 Dec 2016 using civetweb that comes with ceph.
trash the server today n rebuild, but i now cannot seem to find the documentation to configure civetweb anymore.
instead all it have is apache setup. can someone share what is going on point me to the right place?

This bug has been judged too old to fix. This is because either it is either 1) raised against a version of Ceph prior to Luminous, or 2) just really old, and untouched for so long that it is unlikely nowadays to represent a live documentation concern.
