Description

It's been suggested that maybe certain categories of clients which are used for gathering statistics rather than committing writes should have timeouts after which they fail. This would prevent the recently-seen buildup of 600 radosgw-admin clients all querying alexandria for statistics which were inaccessible because the cluster was broken.
