Basically a pretty version of https://shaman.ceph.com/api/nodes/
Other possible details:- Whether a running build is destined for a particular chacra node
- If a chacra node is idle / could be taken down for maintenance

chacra nodes are monitored in nagios. This isn't really necessary.
