Description

we need to simplify package installation for deployment tools and provide a single name that could install all requried packages so that any changes to packages will not affect the deployment

1) ceph-all - install all ceph packages, rbd-mirror, fuse etc
2) ceph-debug-all - install all ceph debug packages
3) ceph-test - install test related packages

Most of the other big product installation using single package names and it would be easier for first time users to just use one package name.
