Description

During the StateBuildingFullSyncMaps state of RGWDataSyncCR, we try to fetch the list of bucket instances from the remote gateway. If RGWListBucketIndexesCR fails, RGWDataSyncCR does not check the result and advances to StateSync unconditionally.
