Description

Some of the testing requires builds be identical to the one released like the upgrade suites,

we should be able to specify branch: hammer-released that will pickup builds from download.ceph.com instead of gitbuilder so that
testing can happen on released builds.

Suites can be modified to use: hammer-released instead of hammer to distinguish from dev and released builds.

Can use any container, including released ones, with cephadm.
