Description

Both packages ceph-release-1-0.el7.noarch.rpm and ceph-release-1-1.el7.noarch.rpm have a wrong baseurl configured in their ceph.repo file:

[Ceph]
name=Ceph packages for $basearch
baseurl=http://ceph.com/rpm-hammer/rhel7/$basearch
...

The baseurl http://ceph.com/rpm-hammer/rhel7/$basearch does not exit anymore on the mirrors, it probably should point to http://ceph.com/rpm-hammer/el7/$basearch
