Description

Under heavy-cluster loads, it's quite possible that the watcher on the RBD image header will time-out. If the exclusive lock is in-use at the time, this will require releasing and re-acquiring the lock in order to update the watcher handle in the lock tag. Simplify the process by adding support for atomically updating the lock tag so that the exclusive lock doesn't need to be released.
