Description

Waiting for a deletion or canceling pending waiters should use the pool id + global image uuid as the key for referencing in-progress/queued deletions. As part of the actual deletion process, the global image uuid should be converted to a local image id which can then be converted to a image name. This will avoid potential races where the local image hasn't been renamed to match the remote image which was deleted.
