Description
"ImageReplayer::handle_shut_down" advances the state machine before closing the local and remote IoCtxs. If "Replayer" detects that the "ImageReplayer" isn't running, it will restart it and potentially concurrently race with "ImageReplayer::start" re-creating the IoCtxs.
