Description

This came in chat with Josh regarding downgrade tests.

This is a test as in https://github.com/ceph/ceph-qa-suite/pull/1048

I think there was a consideration given to move install task to ceph-qa-suite and this use case added more reasons to it.

well we talked to zack last week about maybe moving install to ceph-qa-suite for other reasons

Package lists are kept in ceph-qa-suite already.

As for downgrades, what's the support story? How are users expected to perform downgrades? does ceph-ansible handle that?
