Description

In order to remove tmap support we need to stop supporting or converting all rbd v1 images.

Please make sure that rbd v1 images are no longer supported. I see this was duplicated to a tracker for removing new creation of v1 images. Let's make sure that existing v1 images are deprecated too.

That way we can remove the rados tmap support.

@David: they are 100% deprecated and have been for several releases. The issue is that folks have older clusters that might still have v1 images.
