I think the 'rbd default feature' in ceph.conf still uses the numbering system and the newer document has no references to numbering to be used
the numbering system is not very friendly and it would be nice to also accept comma separated feature names in the 'rbd default feature'

this came in irc and its not clear from our documentation as well
<wwdillingham> does rbd default features = 125 in my ceph.conf enable all that is needed for rbd-mirroring? I would like to by default enable layering,exclusive lock, and journaling. Where can i find the numbering that corresponds to the feature? Also can i do something like rbd_default_features = journaling,exclusive,layering in my conf, which I would prefer?
